St. Ignatius Preparatory and Primary School dedicated a special day to commemorate and awaken the spirituality of Ignatius of Loyola within our school community. The celebration served as a meaningful reminder of the rich spiritual heritage of the Society of Jesus and the enduring values that shape our Jesuit identity.

The day began with prayer and reflection, inviting pupils and staff to rediscover the Ignatian call to “find God in all things.” Through guided meditations, short talks, and student-led presentations, the community reflected on the pillars of Jesuit formation—being compassionate, competent, committed, and people of conscience. Emphasis was placed on discernment, generosity in service, and striving for excellence in all undertakings.

Interactive sessions and group discussions encouraged students to apply Ignatian spirituality in daily life—through kindness, responsibility, leadership, and care for creation. The commemoration was not only a remembrance of history but a renewal of purpose, inspiring each learner to grow as a person for others, grounded in faith and dedicated to justice and service.
